SERVER_README doesn't tell you to remove the mods folder when updating a bliss server

Not removing the mods folder leaves all the old mods behind which messes up the server when you try to run it again.
(If you ended up here because you forgot to delete the mods folder, delete the mods folder and the forge-installer.jar file then run setup_server again.)
