Issue description

The server files for the latest version (1.0.7) contain two client sided mods:

• Raised (See Line 44)
• Neko's Enchanted Books. (See Line 44)

These mods attempt to load client side classes which causes the server to crash.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download the server files
2. Download all mods from the mods.csv
3. Run the forge installer
4. Attempt to start the server
