The entire overworld is underground, it doesn't spawn in the nether, end or twilight forest, and it has no crafting recipe. I'm trying to get high level enchants from apotheosis but you can't max arcana and eterna without using a heart-forged seashelf and that requires a heart of the sea.

Could you add a recipe to craft it?
