It is impossible for me (version 1.2.0 of the modpack) to craft the ultimate catalyst. And I think this is because of the NBT tags of the HV capacitors, the craft need 1 NBT tag but when we craft the capacitors , there isn't any tags. I tried placing them in the world then breaking them, but I got 7 NBT tags and the craft still didn't worked. Could you please fix this bug ? (It is a very important craft to finish the modpack, so for now, it isn't possible to finish it)
