normaly when you look at an apotheosis spawner you can see the stats of it like min delay, max delay and so on. but i cannot see them. I looked through the settings but cant find a way to modify the "waila" sort of display in the top left.

Can someone help me?

it's because it's not an apotheosis spawner. it's a vanilla one.
since I haven't played vanilla all that long before missing modded (last vanilla 1.12.xx), I'm not sure if adding the items to the spawner is a normal mechanic or a custom one, but it's definitely a normal spawner.
