Issue: coral blocks not available

Some builds in mine colonies request coral fans. not sure if any request coral blocks.

It is possible to make coral fans using bonemeal in a warm ocean biome, difficult in the solid stone under bedrock generation but doable. but I can find no way to make coral blocks other than wandering traders.

Perhaps a in world fluid transformation recipe for these would be useful.
