As of right now, there is no minimum casings required for the multiblock which causes issues when assembling with a terminal. An Essence reactor can be assembled and ran without any stable titanium casings.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place an essence reactor
2. With a stack of maintenance hatches or any bus, shift right click the controller block
3. perform maintenance
4. watch as the multi can still perform tasks.

Most multiblocks have a minimum to gate their usage.

I feel like minimum 31 titanium casings for essence reactor might be good right? I also noticed it only seems to happen when using the terminal atleast. I am unsure if this was tackled already or not.
