Describe the bug
The Auto-maintenance hatch has a unique recipe to Cosmic Frontiers, but does not have a matching scrapping output, allowing players to obtain Tritanium before making fusion

Fixed for now, I'll be doing a larger refactor on decomp recipes in the future but major skips like this I'll fix for now. Appreciate it!
