[ISSUE] - No manasteel mortar recipe

The only existing recipe for the item "Manasteel Mortar" is by combining two "Manasteel Mortar"s this making it uncraftable without cheats
1.Search "Manasteel Mortar" in JEI
2.Click "R"
To see the usual mortar recipe of 2 ingots and 5 stone
