It'd be nice to have special multiamp hatches that allow for just 1 tierskip. Their cost could be the same as crafting 2/8 energy hatches of the same tier.

For example, an 16A EV hatch would allow you to do IV recipes while still overclocking available recipes to LuV.
Cause adding another hatch next to that 16A hatch just to do an IV recipe doesn't really make much sense imo.

Allows for more cleaner set ups overall.
