[QUEST] Misconnected quests in Steam Age

Describe the bug
There is 3 wrong and 1 missing connections on Steam Age quest page.

  1. Impure Purple Chalk is connected to Otherworld Goggles
  2. Purple Chalk is connected to Soulresin and Press for Success
  3. Rune Slate [Khoruth] (red) and Rune Slate [Arklys] (blue) runes are connected to Affrit Essence
  4. Runed Steel is not connected to Basic Electronic Circuit
    Expected Information
  5. Otherworld Goggles require only white and golden chalk and needs to be connected to the Impure Golden Chalk or Golden Chalk instead. Purple chalk is unrelated to the goggles
  6. Purple Chalk should be connected to Impure Purple Chalk, since it makes out of it and not soulresin and press
  7. Rune Slate [Khoruth] (red) and Rune Slate [Arklys] (blue) runes should not be connected to Affrit Essence as they are not used in the summoning ritual
  8. Runed Steel needs to be connected to Basic Electronic Circuit - Basic Electronic Circuit requires 1 Runed Steel Plate to be crafted
