
[SUGGESTION] Rework botania rune tiers

As in many modpacks, runes include in their recipes elemental or related ingredients. I haven't seen yet any work on this so here are some reasonable suggestions for the tier rework.
Elemental runes are used in low tier machinery related to: pressurization/movement, generation/smelting, growth/terraforming and brewing/mixing. I've seen reagents are used as precursor ingredients for runes. I'd add elemental golem related dusts or further products.
Seasonal runes take two elemental runes, one of the eligible feasts, cakes, stews,and brews and potions, one lantern and other consumable item that is already used in more crafts. They could be related to higher tier machinery, winter reflecting passive generation, autumn hoarding and containment, spring production and breeding, and summer resource consumption and fueling.
Sinful runes could be divided into 4+3, accounting for their seasonal relation. Lust for spring, gluttony for summer, envy for autumn and lazyness for winter. The rest would be end tier and related to bosses and their drops: wrath to wither, pride to gaia and envy to ender dragon. I think it's a good idea to make them consume seasonal runes to force a more robust automation of the elemental rune production and because corruption consumes natural phenomena as seasonal cycles. As for the first 4, they could be related to highest tier machinery or constructs, in the same way seasonal runes were (growth, storing, processing, passive). Superior 3 runes would be included as ingredients in end tier objects (grinders, terra blade, laser bases, altars).
