Bug Report

As I was exploring the Beneath I encountered a special zombie that slowed me and froze me in place. After I killed said zombie I quickly realized that I was unable to move. It was similar to if you are on a server and get stuck in an invisible block. My screen was askew and shaking. I attempted breaking the blocks beneath me to no avail. I realized that I was stuck in place. I decided to attempt to fly out of the position so I opened to LAN and enabled cheats. I was able to break the blocks below me and was able to move again. I switched back to survival and attempted to pick up the items the zombie dropped, but to my surprise I was unable to do so. I noticed that the items where not rotating on the ground so I assumed they were glitched. I tried to break the blocks below them to see if that would fix it, but I was unable to do so. At this point I decided to exit to the main menu to see if that would fix it, but it did not. I figured it was just the chunk so I continued to explore. After finding a spawner I realized it was not just the chunk. However, I did find out that I was able to mine gravel, dirt and sand only while using a pickaxe with a spoon modifier. I made my way back to my base and restarted my game and the twitch client. When this did not work I decided to start recording. Here is what I captured. https://youtu.be/mJAFvoUY2UY
