Bug Report

I'm opped, in survival. All of a sudden while in the middle of upgrading my jetpack I cant mine anything around my house. I can go to another dimension and it's fine I can mine anything, and when I head to the overworld I can mine around the bedrock area near my portal, I can collect my crops. but I cant destroy blocks, for example, i want to replace a block or move something. At least I cant destroy anything near my house.

Expected Behaviour

When I try to destroy a block its instantly replace with the same block as if I was having block lag, but I don't see any issue with the server. I've restarted, added more or removed RAM from both the server and my client. Replaced with a backup but still doesn't work.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

I have no idea how to reproduce this, happened to me after using a waypoint from the minimap mod to teleport, like half an hour before making a wooden jetpack and upgrading it to gold. Started during the process

i fixed it (not sure if permanently) by putting my items away and clearing my file from the world file

If a little confusing to understand i made a small video showing whats going on

/suicide to reset yourself. (put your stuff away first baubles and things)

I noticed this issue on my server as players were encountering the mobs that are buffed by Apothesis and Electroblob's Wizardry.

Only mob I have see with it are the "Tick Manipulation" mobs.. they have a blue particle that hones in on the mobs effected by it. Use range or magic to take them out at a distance.
I couldn't find a config to remove the whole thing altogether.
