I can´t craft the Engineers Blueprint. I already set up a new Starlight Crafting Altar and connect him to two celestial Collector Crystals. But the transformation doesn´t start.

There are two possible causes: You either have the wrong ingredients ore not enough starlight.

As the recipe does not require much starlight I assume its the latter.
Remember that the recipe requires an Akashic Tome (Engineers Manual), not a default Engineers Manual.

I'll now close the issue as it is about seeking help and not a open issue with the modpack.
