[Bug Report]: game crashes when changing dimensions

Describe your issue.
game crashes when changing dimensions either nether or mining. First it kicks you out to server screen then when trying to reconnect the minecraft crashes. once restarted it will work for a certain amount of time but then will crash again if you stay in one dimension for long enough.
