Describe your issue.

No one knows how to use the Building Gadgets 2 redprint or how to make it however it is in the quest "Building Gadgets" along with the template and template manager. Is it possible that redprint is not implemented but was put in the quest as an oversight?

The Redprint item shouldn't be a part of the quest as it isn't usable by players without admin commands.

I went looking for details on it because of the quest and found a feature request on Direwolf20's repository where he gave a link to this video demonstrating redprint functionality.
