[Bug Report]: sorting inventories causes freezing/lag

Describe your issue.
Sorting using Inventory Profiles Next with the middle click causes the game to freeze the first time sort is done in each world/server.
Likely caused by using the creative tabs to sort, which requires building the item groups as they are not normally generated outside of creative mode.

This same issue has been happening on my first day of play and restarting maybe 10 times because the client froze indefenity. Sometimes sorting would cause a short freeze but rarely. I finally put up a local LAN server and everything seemed fine and I did not freeze again while sorting. (all in the same IRL day)
Note first day of play was local client open to LAN so I could play with my husband until I made a local LAN server on my other computer.
