[Bug Report]: EMI cheat mode accidently enabled in Craftoria 1.10.2

Describe your issue.
EMI Cheat mode was enabled in Craftoria version 1.10.2, which can lead to players cheating in items into their survival worlds when they didn't mean to unless they remember to disable the cheat mode themselves.

The modpack instance I play is modified, but the issue lies in a config file which ships with a fresh instance.

If i recall correctly, using cheat mode would require cheats to be enabled in their survival world, as well, which is a player choice at world creation.
