[Bug Report]: Tallow no longer dropping with killing mobs with knife

Describe your issue.
After undating to 1.10.2 version I can no longer get tallow to drop from pigs, cow, or sheep. Tried killing them with knife and many other methods, they seem to have lost the tallow from their loot table.
