[Bug Report]: Ancient Knowlege affects XP from breaking blocks, but not from killing mobs.

Describe your issue.
The Ancient Knowledge effect from Apothic Attributes does not multiply XP gained from killing mobs; in fact, XP gained from killing mobs is unaffected by the "Experience Gained" attribute from Apothic Attributes.
The attribute does affect XP dropped from mining blocks, but that means in order to properly make use of the effect, one needs to constantly switch between killing mobs with the correct affix on their sword (or use another method) to refresh the effect, and mining blocks (ideally with FTB Ultimine) to cash in the multiplied XP drops.
The attribute should affect XP dropped from killing mobs and breaking blocks; not one or the other.

I found the cause of this: the experience gain multiplier from the Golden Hook relic as modified by Relics: Artifacts Compact overrides the effect of the Apothic Attributes "Experience Gained" attribute. To maximize experience gains, please unequip any Golden Hook relics you may have equipped once your other experience multipliers (from world tier and Ancient Knowledge) exceed the bonus from the relic.
