Describe your issue.

Server just stoped without crash Report and don't want start again.
But after i delete usercache and usernamecache server can start again for some time.
Server don't give Crash Report.
We also transferred the map from one version (1.10.2) of the modpack to the new one, but this error already appeared on the previous version of the modpack
