I'm sorry if this is a mod changing this and is intentional, but I really can't work out how to get bad omen.
I've killed so many pillager captains, expecting to either receive the effect like pre 1.21 or a bottle like 1.21 is expected.

But I can't get either.
Is this a feature or a bug?

This is also happening to me. And I've already killed multiple captains. No ominous bottle being dropped at all.

Then I don't know the problem.
Have knowledge of the ages, Will convert items into experience points.

Kill pillager captains to get potions
Drink the potion to obtain bad omen

This is my problem ^
I kill many many villager captains, they are not dropping bad omen.
Neither bottle or status
