[Bug Report]: Crash caused by out-of-date RAR-Compat (Shock Necklace)

Describe your issue.
The 0.8.4 version of RAR-Compat has a crash which occurs when the player takes damage while wearing one of the relics that has a retaliation effect, if the mob who "dealt" that damage died (e.g. a skeleton dies after shooting an arrow, then the arrow hits the player). This can be fixed by updating to RAR-Compat 0.8.4.1.

Also running into this issue on a multiplayer server. I've tested it and taking damage to fire, lava, or cactus while wearing the shock necklace all result in a kick. Based off that, it seems like any case where an entity cannot be found as the source will cause a kick.
