I have a problem with pvp, i can't enable it, nor with server properties, nor with ftbteams options, whenever i hit a player seems like i punch someone with creative on, i dunno if this is a server problem or with modpack, because in other modpacks i don't have this issue

There's a mod to toggle pvp per player. do /pvpFlag to toggle it.

Oh thank you, may i disable this mod completely on server side? Like having pvp on everytime without the logo on the left

You can try removing it from the mod folder from the server.
