What happened to the blocks that add Rectification, and what happened to the Gate Pearls?

The Gate Pearls from Gateways to Eternity, the ones that spawn waves of mobs, on EMI i only see a single pearl saying it's a bug.

apothic enchanting changed the blocks a bit. this one gives you full stability.

I don't really know what you mean by your 2nd question though.
