I have noticed this bug, item information is displayed when accessing another inventory such as chest or backpack. Was able to replicate this on Multiplayer version 1.14.0, modpack unmodified. Screenshots included below

This is known, we suspect it to be JEED (Just Enough Effect Descriptions) and the problem should be fixed by the next update.
