Why would you like this added/changed?

My suggestion is to put the flux transformer in the middle of the progression of the chapter around the turbo machine or the processing unit

It's meant to be hard, it's not meant to be an easy mod, it's a challenge and it will stay as such. The Flux Transformer is to provide a little incentive to complete MI and use MI power gen because end game power gen is easy to setup once you've hit that stage, and much much less laggy than Mekanism Fusion reactors.
