
[Bug Report]: water tank stopped to pool each other

Describe your issue.
hi, the water tank mechanic broke, normally (before update) these block connect each other into a single pool when next to other (is should be 128 Bucket in the screeshoot).
This is vital, when a tank hold 1 bucket the maximum withdraw from pipe become become 1 bucket per tick. ( in my case its 128 supposed to be 128 bucket per tick).
Any player using this will see their fission reactor explode.

that not the subject, minecraft is freedom. This way is the fastest/shortest/simplest for antimatter, massive water input > trashing steam, no turbine, no bottleneck, no extra control, no boom (if the reactor is full of waste the area is severly irradiated, still the reactor stay not damaged).
its a steady way to get water for other thing untill some point too.
...have you considered recycling your water through the entire system, instead of this (ie. condense steam back into water)? There is no need for ludicrous quantities of water per tick for Mek fission.
Did this break when you updated from 1.17.1 to 1.17.2 or did you make a larger jump in modpack versions? When did you last have a working setup that properly reconnected between server/world stops and starts (save+exit in single player or stop on server)
