[Bug Report]: Server Crash with Steam Farmer

Describe your issue.
After creating a Steam Farmer from Modern Industrialization, interacting with the block and enabling tilling mode the server crashes. Server also crashes every time a player in that area attempts to log in. Copying the world file to singleplayer crashes on start

Are you able to reproduce the crash with only Actually Additions, Extended Industrialization, Modern Industrialization, and all their dependencies installed?
Also, can you please update Actually Additions to at least version 1.3.16, as the crash appears to be fixed then?
