I'm not quite sure why only some of the modern industrialization ingots are affected by this, but it was no hassle to fix for myself. My best guess is Create itself not properly supporting it, because I've had that issue in the past when making my own personal mod pack(s).

this also affects the mechanical press from create, as all plates that can be made via compressor or flatten glyph (except gold, iron, copper, and brass) cannot be pressed. stuff like this is usually down to mod compatibility not being included with the mod itself, leaving modpack makers or mod developers to add compatibility.
