[Bug Report]: Moremousetweaks scrolling removes items from ME system

Describe your issue.
When scrolling through an ME system it removes items that are hovered over by the mouse and puts it in the player inventory. This didn't happen in 1.17.3 and seems to be the updated moremousetweaks mod. Downgrading to v1.0.0 beta4 fixes it.
