looks like you broke your dimensions list in your save. please post your latest.log, debug log, and any updates, mod additions (even if you have removed them since you added them), and any other information related to dimension changes.

No response since Apr. I expect this issue can be resolved since the problem can generally be pinned down to a corrupt dimension list and no response from the player nor other reports
