[Bug Report]: Screen spasming and can't die

Describe your issue.
Issue happened in a fight against a Piglin Brute. Screen is spasming, inventory closes if I try to open it, my health bar is black, I cannot die from fall damage, and mobs won't attack me. Tried removing the Perception mod and it didn't help, tried updating Craftoria to version 1.20.1 and it didn't help. I've noticed this effect happen to mobs I thought I killed, where they can't die and health bar turns black and walk glitchily

I have not outside of trying to update Perception and then removing it in attempts to fix it.

Can't happen in 1.18.0+ because of the addition of NaNny, either update the pack or add NaNny to your 1.17.3 instance.
I tried updating to 1.20.1 and when I logged into the world it was still the case
Adding it now wouldn’t fix your health being NaN, it prevents it from happening, but doesn’t fix it once it has already happened. If you send me your level.dat, I can restore your health to normal this time.
