[Bug Report]: End portal after defeating ender dragon not working

Describe your issue.

After defeating the ender dragon, the portal and the drop from the ender dragon did not appear. The portal was under the structure, so we had to unbury it. Even after destroying the whole structure, the bell sound is still present and no portal for us to go out.
