Mekanism Curios 1.0.0 has a compatibility issue with Glith Core, preventing you from opening the Mekanism Portable QIO and it throws an error. To fix this, you can update the mod to version 1.0.1.
I only included the error that occurs when trying to open the Portable QIO using the key.
