allow all cutting board recipes on all cutting boards

Why would you like this added/changed?

Sushi Go Crafting cutting board does not support Farmer's delight cutting board recipes nor vice-versa. The same goes for the MrCrayfish cutting board's slicing recipes.

I am not sure how difficult it would be to handle the combining recipes for MrCrayfish but all cutting boards should support slicing recipes.
