When making lubricant via the PneumaticCraft method, it creates lubricant from MI instead, which prevents the PneumaticCraft lubricant quest from being completed.
This seems to be fixable by either allowing the lubricant quest to accept both MI and PneumaticCraft lubricant or changing the recipe back to PneumaticCraft lubricant.
