Several quest chains have FTB Smart Filters as the objective instead of the actual objective, the worst offender being Mekanism: Ore Processing but almost every quest chain has at least one quest that is broken this way with the newest update.

try updating ModernFix. There is a bug in FTBQuests that modernfix had to work around. https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/modernfix/files/6609557

1.21.1 is not the newest modpack version. please try updating the modpack and verifying the problem still persists

Sorry reported the wrong version. I am currently on 1.21.2
