[Bug Report]: Budding Incubator not working

Describe your issue.

Budding Incubator not producing items. Doesn't work on server or single player.

  • Shape is Valid
  • Status Active
  • For Amethyst - Proper Input (water) (EU) and output (item) hatches installed. Enough space for output (steel hatch, tested larger ones). Was powered, tested MV, and HV, nothing. Budding Amethyst in the center
  • Tore it down, rebuild it, made sure all blocks are there, nothing
  • Same issue for time gem one
