[Bug Report]: Trying to Identify why is crashing

We have a very big Mekans building but we have a very potent server, performance is perfect, TPS 20, Chunks 200, Entities 300. 2gb/9gb CPU load 3.6%
2 Days ago, when people log in for start playing the server got an spike and crash (This Occur randomly not always and not with the same person, can be anyone)
Its difficult to me identify the cause, I try clearing our inventories thinking was a item related but not 100% sure. Crash log is attached, including Debug log. Any help works for me Thank you in advance.
Have you modified the modpack?
We updated Spell iron books mod to the lastest for fix a bug but this was 2 weeks ago, the crashes started 2 days ago.

@Linguardium I want to update you that after I update the sugested mod, The server reach 21hrs non stop ONLINE service with no crashes. Inclusive I notice a performance improvement.
