[Bug Report]: Apotheosis + Just Hammers incompatability

Describe your issue.

I have a destructor hammer enchanted with Boon of the Earth V and Silk Touch, whenever I use this hammer alongside ultimine - it disables all block tile drops. The tunnel won't be completely dug out either.

Mined blocks drop nothing, player dropped items simply disappear, and even other tools don't cause any block drops. I have tested this on both my multiplayer server and a single player testing world, and it happens in both. The only way to fix the issue is to restart the whole server or the minecraft instance.

this was fixed in just hammers 21.1.1. the issue is caused by incorrect code that was fixed in Aug. this will likely be fixed in the next pack release when the mod gets updated.
