Spawners ignoring light levels [BUG]

Technical Specs (please complete the following information):
- Craft to Exile Version 2.8.6b
- World Type multiplayer
- RAM Allocation 10GB
Describe the bug
When encountering spawners in dungeons/other generated structures, lighting the room does not prevent mobs from spawning. I noticed this with behemoths from Lycanites Mobs but it also happens with other mob spawners.
To Reproduce
- Find a mob spawner
- Light everywhere around it and on it
- Mob still spawns
Expected behavior
I would expect the mobs not to spawn however I am not sure if this is an intended feature, as I searched a while and didn't found any mention of it.
