Describe the bug
When hovering over quest icons in the ftb quests menu the text inside the textboxes are bloakced out by the circle quest icons behind it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open inventory
2. Click on quests menu
3. Hover over quest

Expected behavior
Text should not be obscured when above other icons
