[BUG] Slowness negates active Wind Walk (+20% speed) past slowness duration

Describe the bug
When using wind walk in the hunting tree (perhaps any speed buff) and getting hit by a slowness effect (witch potion thing or stray's arrows) the 20% buff to speed from windwalk won't resume when the slowness duration ends, requiring it to be reactivated. The dodge effect still applies of course
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Activate Wind Walk
- Find a stray (commonly found in certain map types) or a witch
- Allow yourself to be hit by a slowness arrow or slowness potion
- Slowly crawl to safety
- Wait for the slowness timer to end and you're back at normal speed without the speed buff present
Expected behavior
Unsure. I would expect the speed part of the buff to resume, but I am couldn't find any info whether this was a normal mechanic or not.
