Describe the bug
Every time a player goes to an adventure map nothing can be interacted with. Can only attack enemies. Doors can't be opened. Even in creative blocks can't be destroyed. This issue has been there's since 4 versions ago on my server.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Activate map with map device (Get teleported there)
2. Try opening doors or interacting with anything
3. Nothing happens
4. Portal can be used to come back.
5. Even creative doesn't allow blocks to be broken.

Can you provide debug log of whent his occurs?

I'm the host of the server and I fixed the problem by deleting the level.dat file in the world folder. It reset some settings in my world server config so if anyone has to do this make a backup first.
