Warp Stones absolutely doesn't work, on 2.9.0b and 2.9.1, tested with new profiles.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load World
2. Craft Warp Stone
3. Profit??
4. Alternatively create new world
5. Go to creative
6. Hunt for waystones
7. Spawn warp stone
8. Voila

Expected behavior
Warp stone menu never pops up
