Describe the bug
Dropping an anvil on an enchanted book causes a crash.
The anvil has Splitting V, Obliteration V, and Unbreaking V.
The book has two enchantments - Silk Touch and Stepping.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Drop an anvil from 2-3 blocks above the book onto the book

Expected behavior
The book splits in 2 or whatever Apotheosis is supposed to make the anvil do to the book.
No crash.
