[BUG] lycanitesmobs spawner lag

- Craft to Exile Version 2.9.3b
- World Type Multiplayer
- RAM Allocation 12GB
Describe the bug
Lag is causing rubber banding on the server at random intervals, traveling or teleporting causes it to happen more frequently. We believe the culprit is lycanitemobs from the log below
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Doing anything, standing still, moving, swimming, opening inventory, breathing.
Expected behavior
Lag begone

After more experimenting the only way we could lower the lag was to disable vanilla mob spawning completely. Something is happening where it's overlapping or something because mobs will spawn from spawners still but you have to get fairly close for them to activate. If you have gamerule doMobSpawning enabled then the spawners + vanilla is either effecting the range of activation or the combination of the two is oddly causing 12GB to lag.
Very interesting, thanks for sharing. Lycas does some weird stuff to force mob spawns... Not sure what I can really do save remove it though :S It could also be apotheosis affecting spawners
Have you used incontrol or anything to limit the amount of spawns on the official servers? It seems like it would be a wide spread issue.
