[BUG] Mob Max HP at Integer Limit

- 2.11.0c and 2.11.0b
- Singleplayer

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
After transferring my world to the new version of Craft and Exile: Dissonance, all mobs I have seen(zombie summon, multiple enemy mobs, wandering trader + llamas, Minecolonies' npcs) have their a max HP at the integer limit.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Have a world on Craft to Exile: Dissonance 2.10.7
- Download new version of Craft to Exile: Dissonance(only tested on 2.11.0c and 2.11.0b.
- Transfer world over(copy world file from 2.10.7 instance to 2.11.0c or 2.11.0b).
- See error
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Mob HP to be at a proper amount(not at ~2.7 billion).

Look above at the health bar.
After transferring the world back to 2.10.7 the issue was fixed(once again at the proper max HP).
